How to use
Apply a facial oil or serum so the tools glide.
Roll upward and outward from the center of your face, and down the neck.
Hold the gua sha almost flat against your skin and sweep outward along the jaw, cheeks and forehead with light pressure.
Good to know
Keep it gentle. Massage should never hurt.
Wash the tools with mild soap after use and let them dry.
Pop it in the fridge for an extra cooling, de-puffing effect.
