This website is operated by One Stop Skin Shop ("we", "us", "our"), based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the site. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell products and services to you.

1. Using our store

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the site's security or operation.

2. Products and information

We work to describe products accurately, but colours, packaging and formulas can vary from the photos and may be updated by the manufacturer. Product descriptions are for general information only. They are not medical advice and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Always read the ingredient list and instructions before use. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a skin condition or allergies, check with a healthcare professional first. Patch test new products, and stop using any product that causes irritation.

Beauty devices must be used only as directed in their instructions. They are intended for personal home use.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, or in Canadian dollars for customers in Canada, and may change without notice. We may change or discontinue products at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, orders with pricing or listing errors, and orders we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise. They can't be exchanged for cash and may have conditions, such as a minimum order amount or excluded products. We may change or end a promotion at any time.

5. Shipping, duties and delivery

Many of our products are shipped directly from our partners in South Korea and other countries. Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility. You are responsible for making sure the products you order can be legally imported where you live. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, but we'll help with any lost or damaged shipment as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Beauty devices and personal-care products are final sale, except when they arrive damaged, defective or wrong.

7. Third-party links and tools

Our site may include links to, or tools from, third parties. We aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Your submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, photos or other content, you give us permission to use, edit and publish it in connection with our store. You agree that your content won't be unlawful, abusive or infringe anyone's rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

9. Personal information

Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

10. Errors and omissions

The site may sometimes contain errors in product details, pricing, promotions, shipping times or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice.

11. Intellectual property

The content on this site belongs to One Stop Skin Shop or our licensors. This includes the text, graphics, logos and our product descriptions. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without our written permission.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent allowed by law. We don't guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a product will give a particular result for your skin or hair.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, One Stop Skin Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Stop Skin Shop and its partners and suppliers from any claim or demand caused by your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the changes on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
