Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship? We ship to Canada and the United States.

How long will my order take? Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, then standard delivery takes 10–20 business days. Plan on roughly 2½ to 5 weeks from order to doorstep. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Why does it take this long? Your order is sourced and shipped to you from Korea, which is how we keep a wide range of Korean brands available.

How much is shipping? Standard shipping is $9.99 USD. Free standard shipping applies once your order reaches the threshold shown at checkout for your country. Express rates are shown at checkout.

Will I pay duties or taxes? For Canada, duties and taxes are paid by the customer at delivery. For the US, duties are prepaid. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. See our Order tracking page.

Returns

Can I return a product? For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned, whether opened or unopened. Beauty devices and sale items are final sale. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for full terms.
